Job summary

Leading Solutions NZ Ltd is seeking a Cin7 Inventory & Product Data Specialist to manage product data, pricing and integration across Cin7 Omni and Shopify. This computer-based role focuses on keeping information accurate and synced.

You will load new products, update existing records, review pricing against supplier data, and ensure listings display correctly on Shopify, with a focus on data quality and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience using Cin7 Omni for product setup, inventory and data maintenance.
• Strong numerical sense, pricing and data accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Shopify data syncing.

Responsibilities

• Loading new products into Cin7 Omni.
• Updating and maintaining existing product information.
• Checking selling prices against current manufacturer and supplier pricing.
• Updating costs, RRP and sell prices when required.
• Checking product information and specifications for accuracy.
• Managing product images, descriptions and other product data.
• Syncing products and inventory between Cin7 and Shopify.
• Checking that products are displaying correctly on Shopify.
• Identifying and fixing discrepancies between Cin7, Shopify and supplier information.
• Keeping product data clean, consistent and organised.
