We're looking for a detail-obsessed, curious Inventory & Costing Analyst to help keep our inventory accurate and our margins protected as we scale. You don't need to have done this exact role before - we're looking for someone sharp with numbers, keen to learn, and ready to build real skills in costing, inventory systems, and supply chain.
This isn't just stock management - you'll dig into costing, chase down variances, and help us build smarter, AI-powered processes. It's a fantastic opportunity to develop a strong foundation in commercial and operational finance.

Build and maintain BOMs and production jobs in Cin7; help monitor stock across warehouses, manufacturers, and 3PLs
Track Amazon inventory through their processing pipeline
Get across margins, landed costs, and supplier pricing - learning to spot cost creep before it hits profitability
Support freight cost allocation and help improve cost visibility across inventory movements
Assist with monthly stock reconciliations and help chase variances with contract manufacturers
Help flag ageing, slow-moving, or expiring stock, and explore how AI can sharpen costing and tracking
Comfortable with Excel and keen to build your skills working with large datasets
Studying towards or holding a qualification in accounting, finance, business, or a related field (experience with ERP systems like Cin7 or Xero is a bonus, not a requirement)
Naturally curious about numbers that don't quite add up - you like to follow the thread until you find the answer
A clear communicator, willing to build the confidence to hold suppliers and manufacturers accountable
Happy to get stuck into systems and processes that aren't always straightforward, and learn as you go
Genuinely interested in AI and data, with an appetite for variety and growing your career as the business grows
