We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data systems, managing daily website content and functionality, and providing fundamental IT support across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, possesses strong technical troubleshooting skills, and enjoys maintaining a seamless digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update website content, product listings, banners, and blog posts via CMS platforms (e.g., "WordPress", "Shopify")
• Monitor website performance, uptime, broken links, and site speed; resolve routine technical glitches
• Assist with basic SEO optimization, meta tags, image formatting, and content layouts
• The maintaining of Lightspeed retail system

About you

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, basic IT support, or website content management
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like "WordPress", "Shopify", or similar tools
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel skills
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor web formatting fixes
• General understanding of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and network basics
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and clear communication skills
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Preferred: Experience with basic image editing tools (e.g., "Photoshop", "Canva") for web assets
• Preferred: Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and search console tools
