Leading Solutions NZ Ltd is seeking a Cin7 Inventory & Product Data Specialist to manage product data, pricing and integration across Cin7 Omni and Shopify. This computer-based role focuses on keeping information accurate and synced.

You will load new products, update existing records, review pricing against supplier data, and ensure listings display correctly on Shopify, with a focus on data quality and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience using Cin7 Omni for product setup, inventory and data maintenance.
• Strong numerical sense, pricing and data accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Shopify data syncing.

Cin7 Inventory & Product Data Specialist

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around Cin7 Omni and is confident working with product data, pricing and Shopify.

This is a computer-based role focused on keeping our product information accurate, up to date and correctly synced across our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Loading new products into Cin7 Omni
• Updating and maintaining existing product information
• Checking selling prices against current manufacturer and supplier pricing
• Updating costs, RRP and sell prices when required
• Checking product information and specifications for accuracy
• Managing product images, descriptions and other product data
• Syncing products and inventory between Cin7 and Shopify
• Checking that products are displaying correctly on Shopify
• Identifying and fixing discrepancies between Cin7, Shopify and supplier information
• Keeping product data clean, consistent and organised

About you

• Previous hands‑on experience with Cin7 Omni, particularly with product setup, inventory and maintaining product data
• Detail-oriented and able to notice when something doesn’t look right
• Comfortable working with numbers and pricing
• Confident working with spreadsheets and product data
• Familiar with Shopify and product syncing
• Methodical and organised
• Able to work independently and get stuck into a list of tasks
• Comfortable checking information rather than simply entering it
• A good communicator who will ask questions when something doesn’t make sense

We work with around 50 brands and have a large and constantly changing product range, so accurate product data really matters. We're a small team, which means this role suits someone who enjoys having ownership of their work, spotting things that need doing and getting them sorted without a lot of hand-holding.
