What You'll Be Doing

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our practice, helping create a welcoming, positive and smoothly running environment.

Creating an exceptional patient experience – welcoming everyone with warmth, enthusiasm and genuine care.

Managing appointments and schedules – keeping our busy practice organised and running efficiently.

Supporting our chiropractors – helping coordinate the day-to-day flow of patient care.

Building relationships – getting to know our patients and helping them feel part of our practice community.

Supporting our health-focused mission – helping people stay engaged, informed and confident throughout their care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is naturally warm, approachable and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

Is organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Takes initiative, notices what needs doing and enjoys being part of a team.

Communicates confidently and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

Is confident having financial conversations with clients with a natural ability to build trust, identify opportunities, and convert consultations into committed patients.

Has a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and an interest in health and wellbeing.

Can work a flexible roster, including mornings, afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.

Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience isn't necessary! We're much more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.
