Job summary

Proactive Chiropractic Care Rolleston is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to enhance the patient journey with a warm welcome, clear communication and caring attentiveness in a busy, high-energy environment. You’ll manage appointment schedules, bookings and patient communications, support chiropractors with patient flow, handle accounts and payments, and help patients understand care plans and next steps.

Full training provided; no prior chiropractic experience required.

At Proactive Chiropractic Care Rolleston, we are looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Assistant to become an important part of our growing team.

This is not just a front desk role

Our Chiropractic Assistants play an important part in the entire patient journey.

From the moment someone first contacts us, through their appointments and different stages of care, our Chiropractic Assistant team helps make sure they feel welcomed, informed and genuinely looked after.

Your role will include:

• Creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors
• Helping to keep the practice running smoothly
• Managing appointment schedules, bookings and patient communications
• Working closely with our chiropractors to support patient flow
• Building genuine relationships with our patients and their families
• Helping patients understand the next steps in their care
• Guiding patients through care plans and payment options with confidence and clarity
• Managing patient accounts and payments accurately
• Supporting the wider team wherever needed to create an exceptional patient experience

There will also be opportunities to be involved in patient events, workshops, community initiatives and other areas of the practice as you grow within the role.

You do not need previous chiropractic experience. Full training will be provided.
