Qualifications

• Experience as a checkout/retail supervisor is preferred.
• Lotto training is advantageous.
• Experience selling alcohol or holding a managers certificate is desirable.
• Strong presentation and professional appearance are expected.
• Excellent communication, able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing at the Checkout to maintain high customer service.
• Support front-line checkout staff and respond to customer enquiries.
• Create a friendly and helpful environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure liquor, tobacco and age-restricted sales comply with laws and policies.
• Promote health and food safety initiatives throughout the department.
