Archway Recruitment is seeking a Change Manager for an hourly-rate contractor role in Wellington, NZ. You will lead people-focused change activities across a major relocation program, partnering with leaders, communications, and facilities to drive engagement, capability development and adoption.

You will develop training resources, manage readiness dashboards and deliver practical change initiatives to support a smooth transition and sustained outcomes.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-5 years' experience in a Change Manager or similar organisational change role.
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training, learning and capability programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with change impact assessments and readiness activities.

Responsabilités

• Leading stakeholder identification, analysis and change impact assessments.
• Developing and implementing integrated change, communications and engagement plans.
• Supporting leaders and managers to prepare their teams for transition.
• Assessing organisational learning and capability requirements.
• Developing and delivering training materials, manager toolkits, FAQs and guidance resources.
• Facilitating workshops and learning sessions across multiple change streams.
• Establishing and maintaining readiness frameworks, plans and reporting dashboards.
• Undertaking readiness assessments and analysing findings to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitoring learning completion, technology adoption and organisational preparedness.
• Providing Day One support and post-move hypercare activities.
• Contributing to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
