Job summary

University of Canterbury is seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support the Workday implementation and adoption across the university. You will work within the UC Workday change management workstream, engaging staff across the university and ensuring timely, clear communication of changes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder analysis, development of change journeys, and end-user training with a focus on achieving successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience applying change management to large-scale organisational change.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders within a complex transformation programme, preferably ERP/Workday.
• Prosci certification and te reo Māori competency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Change Manager to develop and execute change management plans aligned with UC goals.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain a schedule to ensure ongoing engagement with stakeholders.
• Create stakeholder personas and change journeys and develop communication activities.
• Facilitate workshops with end users to increase understanding of Workday impact.
• Actively manage a change network to build advocacy and capability across UC.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations.
