Zusammenfassung

Archway Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a government workplace relocation program in Wellington. This hourly-rate contract runs through to March 2027, with hybrid working and a strong focus on people, engagement and readiness.

You will lead stakeholder analysis, design change and training materials, enable leaders, monitor readiness and support Day One activities across multiple streams.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years' experience in a Change Manager or similar organisational change role
• Proven experience delivering people-focused change initiatives in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Experience designing and delivering training, learning and capability programmes
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with data to measure readiness and adoption

Aufgaben

• Lead stakeholder identification, analysis and change impact assessments
• Develop and implement integrated change, communications and engagement plans
• Support leaders and managers to prepare their teams for transition
• Assess organisational learning and capability requirements
• Develop and delivering training materials, manager toolkits, FAQs and guidance resources
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions across multiple change streams
• Establish and maintain readiness frameworks, plans and reporting dashboards
• Undertaking readiness assessments and analysing findings to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Monitoring learning completion, technology adoption and organisational preparedness
• Provide Day One support and post-move hypercare activities
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
