Job summary

Evolve Education Careers in Auckland is seeking a highly organised administration professional to support three early childhood centres.

You will process enrolments, support centre managers, record attendance, and manage staff hours across Active Explorers Blockhouse Bay, Lollipops Mount Albert, and Active Explorers Helensville.

This fixed-term role runs 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, offering subsidised childcare and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Processing enrolments and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing administrative support to Centre Managers.

• Entering staff hours into payroll systems.
• Maintaining filing systems and centre documentation.
• Banking and invoicing tasks.
