Job summary

Bright Kidz Childcare in New Lynn is seeking a centre manager who is a qualified and registered teacher to lead our friendly team and provide a high-quality care and learning environment.

The successful applicant will support children's learning, ensure ECE compliance, and manage day-to-day operations in our boutique centre with 48 places. Te Whāriki knowledge and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified early childhood teacher with full registration.
• Hands-on experience in ECE compliance, curriculum and planning.
• Strong understanding of Te Whāriki and NZ Curriculum.
• Confident with individual and group assessment and planning.
• Mentors team and provides guidance.
