Job summary

All About Children in Auckland is seeking a capable Centre Manager to lead with warmth, confidence and heart. You’ll guide an ECE team, nurture strong relationships with tamariki, whanau and the local community, and shape a centre culture where people feel connected.

The role spans from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a focus on quality, curriculum, compliance and professional practice, plus ongoing leadership coaching and development provided by the organisation.

Qualifications

• A recognised ECE qualification and a full, current NZ Teacher Practising Certificate.
• Valid working rights in New Zealand.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

All About Children 51 Mahia Road is looking for a Centre Manager who can lead with experience, warmth and confidence while creating the kind of centre culture where people genuinely feel connected. The centre operates from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm.
