This casual role offers flexibility and variety, based in Hamilton, with awake night shifts available. Reporting to the Team Coach, you will help people connect with their communities, assist with daily tasks, budgeting and medication support, and accompany appointments.

We’re all about transforming mental health and addictions through our Pathways (adult) and Real (youth) services. In fact, we’ve been doing it for 30 years, supporting around 6,000 people each year.
Reporting to the Team Coach, our casual roles provide cover for permanent Support Workers - the hours of work are not regular and are offered when they become available. Candidates available for awake night shifts are preferred. We operate 7 days a week.
