Wise Group's Pathways Wellington team is seeking casual Awake night shift Support Workers to assist people experiencing mental health challenges. Shifts run 11pm to 7:30am across warm, homely environments, with free Wi‑Fi, an evening meal, and access to study toward a Level 4 qualification.

You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Wellington team who all have the common purpose to support people experiencing mental health challenges.
You’ll have a caring nature and the ability to work with people from a person‑centred approach. You’ll always work in a recovery‑focused way and have impeccable attention to detail.
