Job summary

International College of Auckland (ICA) is seeking a proactive ICT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot the college's ICT infrastructure across campus, including hardware, software, networks, and classroom equipment. The role supports staff and students, deploys new ICT systems, and helps ensure secure, reliable services for teaching and administration.

The successful candidate will manage user accounts, assist with policy compliance, and contribute to health and safety in ICT work

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT support to staff and students across the campus.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software and keep systems up to date.
• Support digital learning platforms and classroom ICT equipment including AV tools.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and ICT assets; assist with deployments and repairs.
