Job summary

Savor Burgers Limited in Auckland is seeking a Café Manager to lead and motivate a team, deliver great customer service and uphold our standards.

You will oversee cafe operations, health and safety, supplier and customer relations, and maintain flexibility to cover late nights, weekends and holidays. A clean criminal record is required; this is a full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours per week at 35 NZD per hour.

Job description

We are looking for a Café Manager to excite and motivate a team based in Auckland. We needsomeone who has great customer skills and has great enthusiasm and passion towards his work. As amanager, you will be responsible for the overall growth, organization and management of theoperations of the café and thus we need someone who is competent to work independently in theStore. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, and the execution of allcompany standards and policies which include operational, health and safety regulations, foodsafety policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience required:

• Must have a minimum of Graduation Level degree in any field or 3 years of experience working asManagerial or Supervisory role.
• Display high level of professionalism and Positivity.

Other Key requirements needed for this role:

• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Ability to manage relationships with suppliers, customers and the team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work Flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and public holidays (as required).
