Job summary

Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington in Auckland is seeking a Café Manager to lead our Columbus Café team on-site. This permanent full-time role (minimum 37.5 hours per week) focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

You will manage cafe operations, mentor a small team, and apply marketing and franchise knowledge to drive sales and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, time management, and customer service are essential.

We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to join our Columbus Café team at Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington in Auckland. This is a permanent full-time position (minimum 37.5 paid hours per week)

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills,knowledge, and experience:

• Experienced in a similar role in the hospitality, retail or related industry.
• Have management experienced in running a café andworking with a small team.
• Strong knowledge around Marketing and Franchise systems would be advantageous
• Great time management and leadership skills with an abilityto delegate and priorities.
• Proven customer service skills, offering our customersa positive and unique in-store experience.
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivated andself-managing.
