Job summary

James Wattie Retirement Village in Havelock North is seeking a friendly, experienced Baker with cafe duties to join our team.

This full-time role runs Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 14:00, with an additional $2.50 per hour for weekend hours and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

• Barista experience is an added bonus.

About The Role

We have an exciting new position as a Baker with some Cafe Assistant duties involved as well at James Wattie Retirement Village in Havelock North. This is a Full Time position working Sunday to Thursday 06:00am - 14:00pm.

In this role you will:

• Bake, cook and create a wide selection of cabinet food to delight our residents and guests
• Provide an excellent food and beverage service in the cafe for residents, relatives and visitors
• Work the till, manage stock, and adhere to food safety standards
• Promote a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the village

About You
