Job summary

Kiwibank is seeking a Business Lending Operations Specialist to support loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes. You will work with internal stakeholders to address customer queries, compliance matters, and operational challenges while contributing to team-wide improvements and technology initiatives.

The role emphasises relationship-building with customers and colleagues, multi-system navigation, and strong administration skills, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services, lending, or a banking contact centre or branch environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Confidence navigating multiple systems and learning new technology.
• Solid experience in administration and managing documentation.

Our BusinessLending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontlineand Business Banking teams. In this role, you will be providing criticalsupport to our Business Banking Managers with managing loan documentation,settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes. You will work with a range of internalstakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and otherchallenges to deliver seamless solutions. You will also get involved inteam-wide improvements and exciting technology initiatives.
