Kiwibank is seeking a Business Lending Operations Specialist in Hamilton to support loan documentation, settlements, securities and lending maintenance. You will collaborate with Business Banking Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and compliance matters.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in financial services, lending, or banking contact centre/branch.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Solid experience in administration and managing documentation.

Our Business Lending Operations team plays a vital role in supporting Kiwibank’s frontline and Business Banking teams. In this role, you will be providing critical support to our Business Banking Managers with managing loan documentation, settlements, securities, and lending maintenance processes. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and handle customer queries, compliance matters, and other challenges to deliver seamless solutions. You will also get involved in team-wide improvements and exciting technology initiatives.

• Previous experience in financial services, lending, or a banking contact centre or branch environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Solid experience in administration and managing documentation.
