Hamilton City Council in the Waikato region is seeking a capable Business Administrator on a fixed-term basis to provide unit-level administration support across the group and assist with finance, quality, and improvement tasks.
Reporting to the Business and Performance Lead, you will handle email and diary management, purchasing, and coordination of meetings, while delivering a high-quality customer service experience and maintaining up-to-date training and continuity plans.
This is a fixed-term opportunity until June 2027.
Reporting to the Business and Performance Lead in this role you will be responsible for providing unit level business administration support across the group. The role supports the Design & Deliver team however as a Business Administrator you are responsible to provide support to other units as and when required.
Circa $70k dependent on skills and experience.
