Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join the People, Performance and Culture team on a 14-month fixed-term contract commencing mid-October 2026.
You will maintain SAP SuccessFactors employee data, support benefits and remuneration processes, and deliver accurate, customer-focused service across the organisation. This role emphasises data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement within payroll and HR reporting.

Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, we're looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our People, Performance and Culture team on a 14-month fixed-term contract, commencing in mid-October 2026.
This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with HR systems and employee data. Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee information while delivering responsive, customer-focused support to employees and leaders across the business. You'll also support the administration of employee benefits and remuneration processes. As part of a collaborative team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our people have a seamless experience throughout their employment journey.
About the Role
As our HRIS Administrator, you'll be responsible for processing employee transactions and maintaining employee records within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high standard of service delivery.
