MIT in Auckland is seeking a Building & Maintenance Services Coordinator to join our Building & Maintenance team. This full-time role covers maintenance planning, minor capital works and contractor management.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in building services maintenance, with trades or tertiary education in Electrical, Mechanical or Buildings Services. BMS/HVAC knowledge, MS Office, and familiarity with the NZ Building Code are desirable.
