Job summary

Linde plc in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand, seeks a proven branch leader to drive performance, develop a high‑performing team and cultivate strong customer relationships. You will own full P&L accountability and oversee operations, inventory and service standards in a safety‑driven, industrial environment.

Joining our team means leading with integrity, delivering growth, and coaching talent across the branch while representing a company with a long standing history in gases and engineering.

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
  • Strong sales orientation with ability to grow the business.
  • Solid P&L understanding and commercial acumen.

  • Drive branch performance and manage operations, inventory and service standards.

What you will enjoy doing

What makes you great
  • Proven leadership experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
  • Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience)
  • Background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries (preferred)
  • You have a passion for safety, customer service, and team development
