Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial processing, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience in a maintenance or engineering/technical role would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and risk management within high‑risk or regulated environments.
• Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• A practical, down‑to‑earth leadership style and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Experience working within a Major Hazard Facility, LPG, industrial gases, or hazardous substances environment would be advantageous.

Be part of a team that powers communities – supporting daily operations at a Major Hazard Facility (MHF), where you’ll coordinate the day-to‑day activities of our Bottle Swap Plant.
