Job summary

BOC Limited New Zealand in Dunedin is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high‑performing team, drive branch performance and sales, and maintain an uncompromising safety culture.

This hands‑on role carries full P&L accountability, oversees operations, inventory, and service standards, and requires building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience).

This is a hands‑on role combining leadership, sales, and operational management, with a strong focus on safety and growth.
