SCI Recruitment is representing a well‑established CA firm in a prime Central Auckland location. This role suits an Intermediate or Senior BAS Accountant seeking advisory exposure, structured progression and a supportive, people‑first culture.

You will work with 1–6+ years NZ BAS experience, handling diverse client needs, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance, with mentoring and clear progression to Manager and beyond.

You’ll work with a broad mix of clients, including:

• SMEs across property, construction, professional services, e‑commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare

• Full CA/CPA qualifications (at the senior level)
• CA ANZ pathway (in the final stages of your professional studies towards a CA or CPA qualification)
• Strong grounding in compliance

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills and a proactive mindset

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 + KS + other benefits
