Fluid Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior BAS Accountant for a well-established Hamilton firm. You will manage a client portfolio, handle annual accounts and tax returns, and prepare GST and other compliance work while building strong client relationships.

The role suits an experienced public practitioner ready to take on greater responsibility and leadership within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of New Zealand public practice experience
• Strong BAS and compliance experience
• Good knowledge of New Zealand accounting and taxation
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• CA qualification or working towards CA is advantageous

We are working with a well-established accounting firm in Hamilton that is looking to add a Senior BAS Accountant to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has developed a strong foundation in public practice and is ready to take on greater responsibility, manage their own portfolio and build strong client relationships.

About the Role
