Job summary
Southern Cross Community Healthcare in Auckland, North Island, is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, build and support enterprise-grade Azure solutions, focusing on scalable, secure and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Platforms Lead, you will implement IaC (Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi), manage Azure services, monitor performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver self-service, automation and standardisation.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Azure across subscriptions, networking, identity, storage and monitoring.
- Experience with IaC tools to automate provisioning and configuration.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud solutions.
- Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate on new platform features and infrastructure improvements.
- Enhance platform capabilities for self-service, automation, and standardisation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related issues.
