Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Holiday Park Team Member to join our at Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park. You will manage reservations, welcome visitors, and support day-to-day park operations, delivering a memorable guest experience.

The role involves front desk duties, bookings management, and collaboration with a friendly local team. Accommodation onsite is available, with weekends and public holidays included in shifts.

Qualifications

• Positive, solutions-focused attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or front office preferred.
• Confident managing bookings, multitasking, and staying calm under pressure.
• Flexible with rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit through to May 2027 (preferred, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and online bookings.

Do you love working with people, solving problems on the go, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced team? We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Holiday Park Team Member to join us at Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park - a family-owned accommodation base on the edge of Fiordland National Park.

This role sits at the heart of our guest experience - from managing reservations and welcoming visitors, to supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the park. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy working with people from all around the world.

What You'll Do
