Qualifications

• Experience in reception, customer service or hospitality is required or preferred.
• Strong communication in English and a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience using booking or reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our friendly team at Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating positive experiences for guests, we would love to hear from you.

Our holiday park is a welcoming destination for families, groups, and couples. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting both reception and housekeeping operations, ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment.

About the Role

• Minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts
• Rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A combination of reception duties and housekeeping responsibilities
• Afterhours support - holding the after hours phone during our reception closing hours and managing guests calls.
• Start beginning October 2026
• Minimum 5-6-month commitment, with potential for a permanent position

Key Responsibilities
