Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of retail management experience and/or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing overall store operations alongside the General Manager.
• Support in training and developing the store team.
• Ensure merchandising, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions are maintained.
• Assist with P&L understanding and daily financial paperwork.
• Step in to oversee store operations in the General Manager's absence.
