Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams or in multi-site/cluster management.
• Proven track record of driving sales and delivering results through coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to deliver sales training.
• Change management experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to prioritise workloads.
