This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced, self‑motivated and driven sales professional.

As the Assistant Manager your role will be a crucial part of the store’s success. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and sales targets.

You’ll have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store and actively promote the store through in store merchandising and promotion implementation and within the broader community. You will drive a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and our people.

Hours: full time

• Normal roster is 40 hours per week across Sun - Thu

To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following:
