Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and other team members in delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience.
This role supports the Store Manager in creating an outstanding guest experience and building a high-performing team. Responsibilities include coaching the team, managing operations, maintaining standards of appearance and cleanliness, and ensuring that financial objectives are met.

One year of retail or food experience – must complete the Assistant Manager Training program before assignment.
1‑2 years in retail, guest service, or restaurant experience in a leadership role.
ServSafe/Food Safety certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
This position is scheduled primarily on second shifts and must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Full time – 40 hours maximum.
5‑10% travel to cover store events and meetings. Ability to deliver deposits to the bank independently and own vehicle for that purpose.
Ability to maneuver and regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand or walk eight hours a day, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, grasp, grip, and work in cooler (cold temperatures). Typical noise level is moderate.
Specialized attire required in food establishments (hats, visors, gloves, etc. provided).
