Universal Store is seeking a driven Retail Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager and drive store performance in a full-time capacity. The role mirrors many Store Manager responsibilities and offers a clear pathway for career progression.

The successful candidate will operate on a Sunday–Thursday roster, lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, and execute VM and promotional directives to uphold the Universal Store standard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales performance.
• Strong customer service focus with ability to motivate and coach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to uphold brand standards, VM and store visuals.
