Farmers Kilbirnie is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager Operations to lead daily store performance and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive customer service, manage stock and payroll, and ensure health and safety standards while building a high-performing leadership team.

This full-time role involves weekend work, early starts, and late nights as part of the management roster; be prepared to push boundaries and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on providing and driving exceptional customer service.
• Ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines.
• Experience using stock management systems.
• Experience motivating managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail management in large format fashion or homewares.

Responsibilities

• Duty management of the store, driving a high performing sales culture.
• Championing world class customer service and coaching for performance.
• Management of the Loss Prevention team and functions.
• Management of Health & Safety processes.
• Stock Management and management of the store receiving team.
• Management of all administration processes.
• Recruitment, HR/ER functions and wage management.
• Adherence of internal audit processes.
