Oxford Finance Limited, part of the Turners Automotive Group, seeks an experienced finance professional with a passion for customer service, lending and people leadership. You will build strong relationships, support team performance, and deliver excellent outcomes for customers and business partners in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive compliance, accuracy and data integrity while coaching junior staff and contributing to staff training and development initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a financial services and customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, lending practices and credit assessment.
• Knowledge of consumer lending legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach with ability to coach and develop others.

Mansioni

• Manage lending and payouts enquiries from dealers and business partners.
• Assess and review loan applications and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy, regulatory requirements and procedures.
• Review approved loans and conduct compliance checks to minimise risk.
• Maintain and develop relationships with dealers, brokers, referral partners and stakeholders.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding and development initiatives.
• Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Who would suit this role?

We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a passion for customer service, lending, and people leadership. This role would suit someone with a background in financial services who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting team performance, and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and business partners. You'll be highly organised, commercially minded, and confident working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, compliance, and service excellence are key.

Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will be essential, along with the ability to support and motivate a high-performing team

What does this role entail?

• Managing lending and payouts enquiries from dealers and business partners
• Assessing and reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation
• Ensuring compliance with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and company procedures
• Reviewing approved loans and conducting compliance checks to minimise risk
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with dealers, brokers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and development initiatives
• Preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy across systems

What do we need from you?
