Job summary

Oxford Finance, part of the Turners Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced finance professional in Auckland to lead lending activities and staff development. You will manage dealer inquiries, review loan applications, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will train and coach others, prepare reports, and contribute to data accuracy across systems in a fast-paced environment that values service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a financial services and customer service environment.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, lending practices, and credit assessment.
• Knowledge of consumer lending legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to support, coach, and develop others.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Finance (preferred).
• Rights to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Managing lending and payouts enquiries from dealers and business partners.
• Assessing and reviewing loan applications and supporting documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Reviewing approved loans and conducting compliance checks to minimise risk.
• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with dealers, brokers, referral partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and development initiatives.
• Preparing reports and ensuring data accuracy across systems.
