Belron New Zealand’s Smith&Smith Dunedin team is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the Lower South Island region, covering Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown. You’ll hire, train and develop strong teams, implement Belron standards and drive growth through cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires leadership across multiple branches, a focus on customer excellence, your travel flexibility and a NZ driver's license, with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith® - Lower South Island Region

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith® corporate service locations and mobile services, support authorised dealers and business development opportunities in the Lower South Island Region (Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown). You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron® standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success. Ultimately, the Area Manager is accountable for driving brand awareness and increasing profitability within their territory.

Smith&Smith Dunedin

Hours:

40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to travel frequently.
• Aclean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted rights to work in New Zealand.
