Job summary

Smith&Smith is seeking an Area Manager for the Lower South Island, based in Dunedin. You will oversee multiple branches and mobile services, lead regional teams, and drive operational performance to increase profitability and brand presence.

You will hire and coach staff, implement Belron standards, and collaborate across functions to deliver a first-class customer experience. Travel across Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown will be required.

**About the role – Area Manager at Smith&Smith - Lower South Island Region** Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of Smith&Smith corporate service locations and mobile services, support authorised dealers and business development opportunities in the Lower South Island Region (Dunedin, Invercargill, Oamaru and Queenstown). You’ll be hiring, training, and developing effective teams, implementing Belron standards, and working cross-functionally to achieve success.
