Job summary

DEFEND, a leading NZ cybersecurity company, is hiring a Reporting and Analytics Lead to drive the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models, and analytics across the business. Proven experience developing and managing reporting, BI or analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead DEFEND's Reporting and Analytics capability: drive design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, semantic models and insights across the business.
Deliver trusted insights: design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions for leaders' financial and operational insights.
Drive business performance through analytics: deliver insights to support forecasting, planning, performance management and strategic decision making.
Shape our data future: collaborate with internal teams to build reports and analytics that create business value and drive strategy.
