Job summary

JB Hi-Fi Auckland is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Airport Store Management team, helping to create exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets while upholding merchandising standards.

You'll provide training and coaching to staff, assist with inventory control, loss prevention, and cost management, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales floor in a casual, fast-paced environment with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of electronics.
• Customer service experience with cash handling and POS usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store's team
• Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standard
• Contribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention and management of controllable expenses
