Job summary

Frame Consulting Ltd in Auckland is seeking an experienced Online E-Commerce Manager to own the online store and digital presence on a 12-month contract. This hands-on role covers site content, campaigns, order fulfilment and team leadership.

You will shape the digital strategy, run promotions with marketing and creative teams, monitor performance with GA, and keep the site fresh with new product, imagery and copy.

Qualifications

• A few years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, ideally within fashion or retail.
• Interest in fashion, design and online space with a strong sense of style.
• Proficient with Excel, AI tools and Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML or web content tools; email marketing and social platforms.
• Able to pull GA reports and turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Excellent organization and time management under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital strategy and marketing plan to grow online sales.
• Plan and run promotions with marketing and creative teams.
• Monitor SEO, AI developments, and bring ideas back to the business.
• Track online spend and performance across channels to guide decisions.
• Keep the online store current with new styles, pricing and stock.
• Refresh the website imagery and branding with the design team.
• Create content for the site, newsletters and social channels.
• Oversee the online order process end to end: picking, packing, delivery, and returns.
• Lead and develop a small team.
