Merlin Entertainments is seeking an Admissions Host (VR Operator) for SEA LIFE Kelly Tarlton’s in Auckland on a part-time basis, Sundays to Thursdays. You will operate the VR experience, promote tickets, and ensure a safe, smooth, and memorable guest journey.

The role focuses on delivering fun, engaging experiences with a strong customer-service mindset, and may involve cross-training across departments. Weekend availability is essential and prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and confident presentation skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Interest in entertainments industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and promote the VR experience within the attraction.
• Active selling of VR tickets to guests.
• Ensure safe and smooth running of the VR equipment.
• Deliver engaging and memorable guest experiences.
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed.
