Queenstown Lakes District Council – Queenstown, South Island, is seeking a proactive administrator for a one-year fixed-term parental leave cover. You will support the Facilities & Fleet team, handling financial admin, purchase orders, invoices, budgeting, and helpdesk tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
You will coordinate maintenance, liaise with staff and contractors, monitor supplier performance, and assist the Facilities & Fleet Manager with reporting and meetings.

This role provides essential administrative support to the Facilities & Fleet team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organisation. You will be working closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, while coordinating key processes, managing purchase orders and helpdesk requests. The role plays a vital part in keeping systems up to date, monitoring performance, and ensuring day-to-day operations run effectively.
