We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our hard-working Finance team based in Queenstown, working full-time in a permanent role.
What you’ll be doing / He aha te mahi
Reporting through to our Financial Services Team Leader, you’ll be primarily responsible for reconciling and processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and contract claims and payments for QLDC. You’ll also have a key role in daily reconciliations. You’ll be providing support across the Council, providing advice and guidance, as well as liaising with external suppliers.
