Tui Lifecare in 2-6 Trentham Road, Papakura, Auckland 2110, part of the New Zealand Aged Care Services (NZACS) group, is looking for an organised and welcoming Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our care home.
Be the first point of contact for residents, families/whānau, visitors, staff, and external providers.
Provide general administration support, including reception, phones, emails, filing, scanning, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate resident and staff records, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Support payroll, rostering, invoicing, accounts queries, ordering, and supplier coordination as required.
Assist the Care Home Manager with reporting, meetings, audits, recruitment administration, and onboarding tasks.
Help create a welcoming, organised, and professional front-office environment.
Previous administration, reception, customer service, or office support experience.
Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
A friendly, professional communication style and a calm approach when dealing with enquiries.
Respect for confidentiality and an understanding of working sensitively in a care environment.
Full legal right to work in New Zealand.
