Job summary

New Zealand Aged Care Services in Papakura is seeking a caring Registered Nurse to join our facility team. You will perform resident clinical assessments, administer medications, and oversee wound care while supporting junior staff.

Ideally you have InterRAI experience, strong clinical judgement, and a compassionate approach. The role requires a rotating roster, including some weekends, and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Registered Nurse with APC.
• 1 year minimum aged care, hospital, or comparable clinical experience.
• InterRAI experience preferred.
• Sound clinical judgement with attention to detail and compassionate manner.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a caring, clinically confident Registered Nurse to join our team at Insert facility full name in Insert Location, part of the New Zealand Aged Care Services (NZACS) group.

About the role

Undertake resident clinical assessments, including admission assessments, InterRAI, and ongoing care plan reviews.

About you

Current New Zealand Registered Nurse registration with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

1 year minimum Aged care, hospital, or comparable clinical experience preferred; with a strong interest in aged care are welcome to apply.
